Roxor’s Mandate: Construction Management
This project had commenced under other management. Unfortunately, the project was being mismanaged with cost and schedule over runs. Roxor was recommended by the structural Engineer on the project to take over the project ‘s construction management. Roxor took over the project before any structural slabs were poured while it was still underground. Today, after some restructuring and with a good team of subcontractors, the project structure is complete and the interior systems works have begun and we are online to deliver the project on schedule and on budget.
